On a technical note, getting proper exposure in extremely high contrast lighting situations such as a concert is very difficult with camera phone.
I managed to achieve this one by letting the stage light on the far- left shine directy into the lens. It caused only a bit of flare and closed-down the exposure enough to prevent the band members from being blown-out.Category: The Daily Mobile
The notion that larger lobster have less tender meat is FALSE. The meat is the same, it’s just that most people overcook larger lobster out of fear of not cooking them enough.
